Hypnosis is a state in which the client becomes highly responsive to suggestions.

I work with my clients by the use of hypnotic inductions, techniques and suggestions to help them to make the kind of changes they want to make.
When you receive a hypnosis session, some people relax very deeply; some go very lightly, but most people are right in the middle.
You will have full awareness and full control and no matter how deeply or lightly relaxed you are, you will get what you need.
It is important to know that Hypnosis is a "tool" that enables me to work with you.
Inducing Hypnosis will not result in a change without your own input of wanting to make the change; in other words, holding a paintbrush will not necessarily result in a masterpiece without your own input!
It is what you do with the tool that counts!

Can I be Hypnotized?

The answer is YES.
It is easy to go into Hypnosis and you have already experienced it in your daily life.
Being in Hypnosis is very similar to experiencing a day dream.
For example: normal everyday Hypnosis can occur when you drive down the road and you lose track of time or are suddenly closer to home then you realized.
