Laughter Yoga.

We are born with the gift of laughter.
Laughter is our natural medicine that lifts our spirits and makes us feel happy.
Laughter is a contagious emotion and can bring people together.
After laughing for a few minutes, you may feel better for hours.

Laughter Yoga is a combination of deep controlled breathing, stretching and forced laughter that engages your core and will improve lung capacity.
"Laughing for NO reason" yoga can help build self-esteem and self-confidence.
Participating in Laughter Yoga teaches you how to freely express your emotions and stay in a positive frame of mind.
Laughter Yoga will improve your breathing techniques through laughter speed and depth.
Deep slow laughter helps improve deep breathing, while quick light laughter helps improve inhalation through the nose.
Laughter Yoga is a real exercise, and a fun one!

Laughter Yoga may help with:
- Relax Muscles.
- Enhance Oxygen Intake.
- Trigger the Release of Endorphins (the body's natural painkiller)
- Stimulate the Heart and Lungs.
- Ease Digestion/ Soothes Stomach Aches.
- Balance Blood Pressure.
- Reduce Tension/Stress.
- Boost the Immune System.
- Relieve Pain.
- Improve Sleep.
- Promote Relaxation.
- Strengthen Social Bonds and Relationships.
...and more.

Meditation is a mind and body practice for increasing calmness and physical relaxation.
When you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.
My mindfulness Meditation is a Chakra opener, Reiki healing and Meditation session all in one.
(Your Chakras are your energy points in your body and when one or more Chakras are blocked, it won't allow the healing energy to flow through and this can cause illness or discomfort in your body.
Balanced energy is important to good health and feeling well.)
In mindfulness meditation, you broaden your conscious awareness.
You focus on what you experience during meditation, such as the flow of your breath.
You can observe your thoughts and emotions, but let them pass without judgement.
Your goal is to achieve inner peace.
